The Creditcall team has more than doubled since 2011

Bristol-based Creditcall provides EMV-ready payment gateway services – the link between a credit card terminal and a bank that enables payment processing. The terminal can be anything; a smartphone, vending machine, parking meter, train ticketing machine or desktop PC, making Creditcall’s solutions applicable to multiple devices and industries.
The growth of Creditcall has been rapid – fuelled by technology advances and the demand for ever evolving card payment solutions.
Creditcall focuses on making card acceptance simple, allowing businesses to concentrate on what they do best without having to worry about the technology behind payment processing. This has helped drive Creditcall’s growth both domestically and internationally.
It is the company’s expansion abroad that has earned Creditcall The Queen’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade. It honours an 80% increase in direct overseas sales over the last three years which now accounts for more than half of Creditcall’s overall revenue. Already present in a number of countries such as the USA and Canada, since 2012 it has entered eight new international markets – including South Africa, Malaysia, Singapore and Australia.

To further accelerate growth, Creditcall this year updated its brand, launched a completely revised website and relocated into new, larger headquarters in central Bristol to accommodate staff numbers that have doubled since 2011. The company, which is supported by UK-based investors FF&P and Bestport who helped fund a management buyout in 2012, has offices in Bristol and New York and has proved itself a vital organisation within the payments industry.
